30-Day Notice

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that your tenancy from month-to-month of the above-described premises is terminated as of thirty (30) days from the date you are served a copy of this Notice. You are required to deliver up possession of the premises to the property manager of said property, RAY JOHNSON or TERESA JOHNSON at NORTHERN CALIFORNIA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC, telephone number (530) 529-1144, on or before the expiration of said 30-day period. If you fail to do so, legal proceedings will be instituted.......
